We let her out of the shop today.

She looks glad to be out in the sunlight right? Just for some paint and then back to work.

Now we're getting there. All the equipment is finding it's home inside the bus and being welded down. We can actually envision how the kitchen in the bus will work and I have to say this is the most excited I've been.

The boxes for our propane are on the back and both doors look great.

The service window cover is made and attached. And so is the counter, yeh!

Thankful progress as May 1st approaches slowly but surely.

Two weeks later, finally something to show

Work has been done of course, lots of work in fact. just nothing visually had changed.

But today, the walls are goin' up.

Back out to Parker to see what's new...

Future home of our generator, ready and waiting. Nobody will ever even know it's in there.

Entirely reinforced inside. Good thing cause that oven that's getting bolted to the wall is hea-vy.

All the delivery shelving is out and electrical and plumbing are going in. Service window is cut out! first big piece that brings the food truck concept to a visual reality.

The first day we laid eyes on her.

Fresh off her journey from the cold Michigan winter to the sunny streets of Denver we thought she looked very...yellow. But clean and she runs well.
